INTRODUCING: Ana-Maria Drăgănuță Briard

Ana-Maria (LL.M.) is a pioneer in operating as a legal professional remotely: a digital lawyer since 2017, she is an expert in International Private Law, Commercial and Creative Contracts, and Intellectual property, representing global clients as a location-independent professional.

Ana-Maria is also a successful entrepreneur: she owns Avoteca, the first Romanian legal marketing agency that helps lawyers and law offices to be visible online and create their brand strategy.

Under her personal brand, Legally Remote, Ana-Maria provides legal services to e-commerce activities, creative businesses and innovative entrepreneurs, speaking at various industry conferences about legal entrepreneurship and being a digital nomad in law, and continues her goal of bringing enjoyment into the legal world through mentoring sessions and online training.
